The quality of the Mediak product is a result of the talent
that is used to create the music. Each album is carefully planned to satisfy the
needs of a specific market. The same five professional vocalists perform for all
of the Mediak albums, which results in the consistent and reliable quality.
Christopher Davis and Matt Huesmann are
responsible for all of the Our Kids CD's personalized music. They are
independent songwriters, arrangers, and producers. Together, they have produced
and arranged many best selling records for kids, including the multi-platinum
Cedarmont Kids and VeggieTales series. Among their many other children’s
projects are:
Chris and Matt have worked in the Nashville, Tennessee area since 1989 and
1991 respectively.
CHRISTOPHER DAVIS
Chris Davis began his career writing music for television commercials and film.
Among his credits are:
He has scored music for ABC Movie of the Week, VeggieTales,
The Ford Motor Company, Bridgestone-Firestone, Wendy’s, Cornerstone Animation,
and BBC. Chris has received an Emmy Award, a Grammy nomination and numerous ADDY
Awards. He is a guest lecturer in the MasterCard “Priceless” program for
collegiate scholars and is active in many church music programs. Chris lives in
Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and four beautiful daughters.
MATTHEW HUESMANN
In the past ten years, Matt has written songs for:
He has written or produced over 20 number one songs on the
Christian charts. Matt has been nominated for 9 Dove awards and was awarded a
Dove for Point of Grace’s “The Great Divide”. He has lead college lecture forums
for ASCAP, runs an Internet based music label, and is an avid photographer. Matt
lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, son, and two beautiful daughters.
JAY GOLDSTEIN
He is a native New Yorker, moved to Louisville, KY in 1976, and has been
involved in writing original music for film, children's plays, and rock bands.
He presently works with Warner Bros Television for the state of Kentucky as a
marketing and sales consultant.
